Ski.com is the largest independent seller of ski vacations and snowboard vacations in North America and offers complete ski vacation and snowboard vacation packages to more than 80 resorts worldwide.
Project Summary:
Our customer interviews revealed in precise detail what the customers for Ski.com did (and didn't) want. So we started by designing a home page that was clutter-free and showcased the top four tasks that customers wanted. We then added something completely original: interactive 3D maps of the best ski resorts, designed to make exploring a potentially new vacation spot as easy as possible. The result of our efforts has been a dramatic increase in sales and customer retention.
