Project Summary:
SAP approached Sparkplug with a unique problem: How to create a website that harnesses the skills, interests, and experience of an organizational team AND do it in such a way that users will be genuinely comfortable participating. With careful user research and testing, we uncovered key psychological insights into their project objectives and process. We then took those insights and used them to create an website interface that not only works logically, but engages the user emotionally.
